  • I used to make a zucchini slice but it was cooked in the microwave. My kids loved it growing up but unfortunately I can’t find it and they want it to cook for their kids. Love this recipe but no good if it’s not microwaveable.

  • A favourite in our house. I love to make it when I find myself with loads of vegetables unused for some reason. Love it with rice or salad. A staple in our home.
