Perfect for getting into running
Before I gave birth, I was really into exercise and running. Now after giving birth, I know I have to take my time and slowly ease back into it… And that can be a little bit scary sometimes especially when it comes to your pelvic floor and running. These have been really useful while I have been getting back into running and have saved me some uncomfortable situations.
