This thick and yummy yoghurt is an Australian take on the classic Icelandic Style yoghurt, Skyr (pronounced skeer) Made from skimmed milk, its highly nutritious, low in fat and high in protein! Try with breakfast granola, enjoy it an an afternoon treat or top with berries for a quick and easy dessert.
The special straining technique used to make Woolworths Icelandic Style Skyr Yoghurt removes watery whey from the yoghurt resulting in thick spoonfuls which are high in protein and low in fat.
