I have been making chickpeas in the air fryer and my kids can’t get enough of them. I like the suggestion of honey and cinnamon so I will give that a go. We also like to make banana caterpillars and dip them in chia seeds for extra nutrition. Smoothies are such a versatile and go to snack in our house and the combinations are endless. The kids like coming up with combinations themselves and pretend they are little Master Chefs.
