If you’re anything like thousands of women this year, you’ll be sweating your way through the Australian Summer!

No matter where you are on the map, there’s no escaping the heat … or the sweat that comes with it.

Excitingly though, there’s great news for those who want to stop chafing that so often comes with the heat; Australian-born brand, Bridgets is changing the chafing conversation, delivering the latest innovation in undergarments to women via a unique range of sweat-wicking pants designed to eliminate thigh chafing. We think even Bridget Jones would be proud to pop these on!

Launched in October 2017 by a mother, daughter team, Bridgets is spreading body positivity, allowing women around the world to feel fabulous in their own skin and encouraging them to talk about their chafing experiences!

Offering an effective solution to thigh-rubbing with a range of high-quality, sweat-absorbing undergarments, Bridgets are designed using silky-soft, lightweight, breathable nylon microfiber and spandex as well as advanced 3M moisture-wicking technology.

Created by expert knitting technicians and designers, the undergarments guarantee a seamless, un-detectable fit that wicks away sweat instantaneously ensuring a comfortable fit for all body shapes and sizes.

With no tight seams or smothering waist bands, women can say goodbye to VPL (Visible Panty Line) and hello to a smoother finish with functional freshness. Each pair also features an anti-chafing inner thigh support panel to provide extra comfort.

Bridgets are available in two colours (black and beige) and two sizes small/medium (10-16) and medium/large (18-24). Priced at $35.00 RRP plus postage, the range is exclusively available online at www.bridgets.com.au

  • Actually, living in Tasmania I do avoid the ridiculously high temps experienced in the rest of Australia. We do have a few overly hot days, but not too many, thank goodness

  • Good idea but they look as though they might be a bit hot to wear

  • Great idea but they look like they will make me hotter! (And not in the sexy way)

  • oh my husband would love these (for himself not me lol!) he gets shocking chaffing when playing golf and we can’t find a remedy, maybe I will get him some and hide the packaging!

I would love a bra that does the same thing, I don’t really get thigh chaffing but I hate having sweaty breasts and think this would be great turned into sports bras or fitted tanks for underwear -

  • I needed these today! Had to pull my harem pants up into shorts to stop the rubbing (not chafing yet)

  • Sounds like a great idea! I wonder how they’re holding up in this heat?

  • Not pants for me – I like less fabric.

    • Thankfully – not chafing here either.

  • Seems like a reasonable price too.
