The Grounds of Alexandria has done it again with a rainbow dessert display lining a magical walkway…

It’s been labelled one of the most Instagrammed places in Australia and now The Grounds of Alexandria has given patrons another reason to post. Rainbow Dessert Lane is the latest (and most colourful!) attraction to open at the popular complex.  We guarantee you’ll find every sweet treat you could possibly imagine as you take a walk along the lane.

Easter Magic

Rainbow Dessert Lane features various carts and stalls each with a different yet equally delicious dessert on offer. Doughnuts, house-made gelato sandwiches, churros, rainbow pavlovas and The Grounds’ signature hot chocolate are just some of the options available. Kids will love the soft-serve station complete with custom toppings and the incredible light installation surrounding the display only adds to the magic. Not only that, but the Easter bunny is rumoured to be stopping by for a visit during the month of April! For those wanting a little savoury to balance the sweet, The Grounds’ permanent restaurants and bars offer plenty of choices.

A Sprinkle Of Sweetness

If taking your little ones out in the evening isn’t ideal, The Grounds have plenty of Easter festivities on over the long weekend. Pop down to The Bunny’s Garden where you can try The Bunny’s Garden Shake. Combining house-made vanilla and mint ice cream with whipped cream, chocolate eggs and sprinkles it’s the ultimate school holiday treat for all ages. The Ground’s various cafes and restaurants will also remain open from Good Friday to Easter Monday.
