Yes I was basically vegan, I did not consume meat still don’t have been for years, my son turned out perfect and is healthy happy teenager (vegan). All she needs to do is take some supplements to re-assure here husband, I took spirulina, but I am sure she knows her body and has had her levels checked, even meat eaters can be low in nutrients and are often unhealthy. Why the big thing of vegans, for example spinach and broccoli have more protein, iron and calcium than meat!
