Hello!

An incredible hot chocolate festival is popping up around Victoria this August and it’s the perfect way to warm up during the last month of winter.

With only a month left of winter, the last few weeks of chillier weather are upon us. If you are looking for the perfect way to warm up and treat yourself at the same time, a super-luxe hot chocolate festival is popping up around Victoria with an endless selection of flavours to choose from!

A Chocolate Lovers Dream

The month-long festival takes place along the Great Ocean Road, at the Yarra Valley and on the Mornington Peninsula meaning there are plenty of locations to check it out!

Thirty-one limited-edition flavours will be available during the event, with eight new flavours added each and every week TimeOut reports.

If Mocha Margherita, Mad Chocolatier or rose champagne-infused Girl’s Best Friend sound like your sort of thing, then you will love the festival’s unique take on the classic chocolate and milk combo.

There are even kale and coconut hot chocolates for the more health-conscious chocolate lover and a Hot Shoey which is just what it sounds like – hot chocolate served in a chocolate shoe. It doesn’t get much more luxury than that!

Family Fun

The festival is open every day in August from 9 am and entry is free, making it the perfect family day out. For just $20, however, you can book yourself a tasting session with eight generous flavour samples and three chocolate spoons included which we think is incredible value!

Guests who vote for their favourite flavour during the festival also go into the draw to win their body weight in 1kg mega bars of chocolate. For more information and to book a tasting, visit the festival’s website.
